These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between Lasertally LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Lasertally," "we," "us"), and you. They govern the lasertally.app website, your Lasertally account, subscriptions, and the Lasertally Cloud sync service. Use of the desktop software itself is governed by the End User License Agreement. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the site or service, you agree to these Terms.
Content on lasertally.app is provided to describe the Lasertally software. Downloads are subject to the EULA. We may update the site, prices, and offerings at any time; a price change never affects a subscription period you have already paid for.
Running Lasertally requires signing in with a Lasertally account — your login is your license; there are no license keys. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Each seat may be signed in on one computer at a time; an account administrator can release a device to move a seat to another machine.
Plans (currently Sheet, Tube, and Complete) are sold per site and billed monthly or annually in advance. Each plan includes five seats; additional seats are billed as stated at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; Lasertally LLC is the merchant of record, and we never see or store your card number. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and no further charges are made. If a renewal payment fails and is not resolved, access ends at the end of the paid period.
If Lasertally doesn't fit your shop, email hello@lasertally.app within 14 days of your first purchase for a full refund. Renewal charges may be refunded at our discretion or where required by law.
If your subscription has been active for twelve consecutive months or more when you cancel, the software version you are running at cancellation remains yours to use at no charge: your login stays active for that version indefinitely. Later versions, new features, and Lasertally Cloud sync require an active subscription.
Cloud sync is included with every plan. It keeps your shop data (material libraries, rate profiles, customers, saved quotes, and library parts) in sync across your organization's seats and backed up. We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; the desktop app keeps working offline with the last-synced data during any outage. Your data remains yours (see the Privacy Policy), and you can export it at any time — quotes, parts, materials, and rate cards all live in local files on your machines as well. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these Terms.
You agree not to disrupt or overload the service, attempt to access other organizations' data, share accounts outside your organization, circumvent seat or license enforcement, or use the site or service for unlawful purposes.
The Lasertally software, site, and branding are owned by Lasertally LLC. Your CAD files, rate cards, customers, and quotes are yours — we claim no rights in them beyond what is needed to operate the sync service you enable.
THE WEBSITE AND CLOUD SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE, SERVICE, OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated effective date, and your continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
