Lasertally costs $479 a month for Sheet, $479 a month for Tube, or $759 a month for Complete, which is both. The Nest nesting and CAM add-on is $349 a month on top of any plan. Every plan includes five seats and unlimited quotes, extra seats are $49 a month each, and annual billing costs ten months for twelve.
Every plan is the full product: cloud sync, roles, five seats, unlimited quotes, every CAD format. The only choice is which machine you quote for.

Annual billing is ten months for twelve. Extra seats are $49 a month each on every plan. Nest is an add-on and needs a Sheet, Tube or Complete subscription under it.
No per-quote fees. Some quoting platforms charge per part quoted, or take a percentage of your web-store orders. Lasertally never does. One flat subscription, unlimited quotes, zero transaction fees. Your margin on a job is none of our business.
No feature tiers. Every plan is the full product. Sheet and Tube are the same software with a different set of machines unlocked, and Complete is both. There is no version of Lasertally that withholds cloud sync or roles or a CAD format to sell you an upgrade.
The buttons above take a card, which is the fast path. Plenty of shops cannot buy that way: purchasing wants a W-9 on file, an invoice with a PO number on it, and terms. Annual plans can be invoiced. Email hello@lasertally.app with your PO requirements and I will send a W-9 and an invoice payable by check or ACH.
Five seats are included on every plan, with roles. A seat is a person, and every seat sees the same rate card and the same material library, so the price a second estimator quotes is the price you would have quoted.
Five seats at $479 works out to $95.80 a seat per month. Extra seats are $49 each after that, so a shop running eight people pays $626 a month, or $78.25 a seat. Software priced per seat gets more expensive as you put more of the shop on it. This gets cheaper.
Subscribe for 12 months and the version you are running is yours to keep, forever. Your login stays active for it at no charge even after you cancel. If a subscription lapses before that, you are not locked out either: the account falls back to preview, which still opens and prices your files and simply stops exporting. Your quotes and your rate card live in local files on your own machine and stay yours in every case. No cloud quoting tool can offer that, because there is nothing to keep when the tab closes.
Buy, set your password, sign in. Your login is your license and it unlocks the desktop app on your machine. Lasertally runs on Windows 10 and 11, 64-bit.
If it is not what you expected, you have 14 days. Email me and I refund the whole thing. That is written into the terms, not a policy I can quietly change.
Who you are buying from. Lasertally is built by one person in Texas. I wrote the geometry engine, the pricing math and this website, and hello@lasertally.app reaches me and not a support queue. I answer within one business day.
That is also why the pricing is on this page instead of behind a demo request, why the FAQ says out loud that the cloud sync is not end-to-end encrypted, and why the refund is in the terms. A one-person company cannot afford to be caught overstating anything.
